As an alternative, place your order with a different shipping method then write your concern in the order notes or contact us for assistance; we will assess your order and make the necessary adjustments if applicable. |
| I'm not sure about the products I ordered. Do you accept returns? |

We accept returns for unused products in their original condition and packaging. Once received we will refund you the product price paid, you just pay for shipping. If you would like to return a purchase, contact us for an RMA (return merchandise authorization). We want you to have full peace of mind when purchasing with us. |
